Our Sea Moss Gold Gel has an applesauce texture with a hint of lime
to preserve and alkaline. The product is tasteless and odorless.

All of our products are made fresh to order and sold within 3 days of
making. The shelf life is 2-3 weeks in the refrigerator and up to 6
months frozen. 

All sales final, no returns, no exchanges. However, we will review situations case by case. 

Orders for a pound or less will be shipped out via USPS Priority mail and tracking and insurance is included.

UPS will be the main carrier used to send other products currently, due to the impact of COVID-19

Orders that contain a combination of dried raw sea moss and gel, it will be packaged separately and/or in many instances you may receive your dried raw sea moss prior to sea moss gel 

Our sea moss gel is perishable and made to order, in order to provide the best quality sea moss upon hitting your doorstep.

Orders made are shipped Monday – Wednesday.

Orders that are placed Thursday- Sunday will be shipped out the following week Monday -Wednesday.

Insurance and tracking included on all orders, If the shipping carrier mishandles or loses your package, please follow the claim with carrier, if a claim must be filed.    

Local delivery is available for certain area codes in the New Castle
County (Delaware) area on Saturdays and Sundays each week, unless
indicated otherwise via email communication with buyer.  

Due to the COVID-19 we have suspended delivery services until further notice.

Monday- Wednesday – Orders made on Tuesday after 6:00 pm will be processed the following week on Monday.  

We deep freeze our product for a minimum of 24 hours. We use high
quality cold packing, that reaches a temperature colder than ice. Our
product also contains insulated packaging that allows your sea moss gel
to maintain an appropriate temperature during transportation via mail. 
Your product may be warm upon arrival, but packaging prevents Sea Moss
Gold Gel from rising above a certain temperature. Once received,
refrigerate upon arrival and gel will thicken back to original state. We
do not ship to PO boxes or outside the United States of America.
