We want to make sure your order gets to you as quickly and smoothly as possible, so here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders of $50 and up.

Processing & Shipping Days

  • Standard Processing Times: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • We ship Monday through Friday. If a shipping day falls on a holiday, your order will ship the following business day.
  • Weekend orders will ship on Monday.

Shipping Methods

  • All orders are shipped via USPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail and UPS.
  • Bulk Orders (over 10lbs) are only shipped via UPS.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for any errors. Once an order has been shipped and handed off to the mail carrier, we are unable to make changes.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final – no returns or exchanges.
  • However, we will review situations on a case-by-case basis. This includes issues such as an incorrect shipping address or lost mail. In such cases, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly.

Sea Moss Gel Shipping

Processing & Shipping Days for Sea Moss Gel

  • Our sea moss gel is made fresh to order and frozen within 1 day of making.
  • To ensure freshness, we ship Sea Moss Gel on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. This ensures your order arrives promptly.
  • If a shipping day coincides with a holiday, your order will ship the following business day.

How is Sea Moss Gel Kept Fresh During Shipping?

  • We deep freeze our sea moss gel for a minimum of 24 hours before shipping.
  • Our products are shipped with high-quality cold packing that is colder than ice.
  • The insulated packaging ensures your sea moss gel remains at the appropriate temperature during transit.
  • Your gel may arrive warm, but the packaging will prevent it from reaching unsafe temperatures. Upon arrival, please refrigerate immediately. The gel will thicken back to its original state.

Shipping Limitations

  • We can not ship to PO boxes via UPS.

  • We can not ship outside of the United States without an agricultural broker.
