All of our products are made fresh to order and sold or froze within 3 days of making. We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays to guarantee your order arrives in a timely manner. If a shipping day happens to be the same as a holiday, your order will ship the following business day.

We offer free standard shipping on all purchases with the supplied promo code. This offer is only for standard shipping as you may pay for an expedited shipping upgrade. 

How is Sea Moss Gel kept fresh during shipping?

We deep freeze our Sea Moss gel for a minimum of 24 hours. We use high quality cold packing, that reaches a temperature colder than ice. Our product also contains insulated packaging that allows your sea moss gel to maintain an appropriate temperature during transportation via mail. 

Your product may be warm upon arrival, but packaging prevents Sea Moss Gold Gel from rising above a certain temperature. Once received, refrigerate upon arrival and gel will thicken back to original state.

We do not currently ship to PO boxes or outside the United States of America.
